Summary: With over 40% of traffic coming to the Bombay Pantry Site via smart phones we re-developed and tweaked the site to be responsive where users could easily navigate it through any platform such as smart phone, tablet, desktop etc.
Ongoing Activity: We continue to engage involve and retain their customers through regular Facebook ads, promoted posts, competitions, blog posts and shares. We target those who are actively searching online for takeaways, healthy meal options, indian restaurants in the geographical radius of their store locations. We have run a number of targeted campaigns to sports fans to promote Bombay’s kiosk in the Aviva Stadium. A simple ‘guess the score of the game and win’ competition saw a level of engagement of 413 Entries, 222 likes and 26 Shares during one game!
